With a short timeline, I came to Florida from out of state to clear out the contents of my mother’s house, and prepare it to put on the market. It was stressful, to say the least. I was given Diana’s name before arriving, and from the very beginning she was easy to communicate with, quick to respond to my many questions, with excellent contacts and suggestions as I worked on the house. This was a dated (but clean) fixer upper, but thanks to Diana’s pricing strategy, excellent listing details and photographs, the house received an offer within one week, and we were able to close one month later. During that month, I was back at home and Diana frequently updated us on details, helped us navigate a few issues with the closing, and always made sure that my mother’s best interests were served by her actions. I have used Diana for 4 properties (both buying and selling) over the last 10 years.
The first property I bought I gave Diana my wish list. I wasn’t hopeful that we’d be able to accomplish it.
I remember saying, “I think it may be impossible to find what we’re looking for, especially at our price point.” Diana replied, “it won’t be impossible… it will just be a challenge.”
